Stock Market update -Apr 9th

The market was down a bit for the week, maintaining the small downtrend that started on March 1st. The disappointing Jobs report did't help any. Bonds continued in a small uptrend, as did Oil. Some of the big banks kick off earnings next week.

For traders in the Futures market, the VIX Futures at this low level might present some interesting trading opportunities.
