Stock Market update -Sep 23rd

The market rallied this week and fooled most traders who were looking for more downside. Interestingly enough the hot stocks did not participate (like the FAANNG stocks). The DOW finally surpassed the Jan high, while the Nasdaq and Small-caps (IWM) surpassed it a while back.... whats next?

Bonds dropped this week, while Oil rallied.
